WiFi barely functioned, making it difficult to stay connected, while the air conditioning unit was an incessant racket. The pool area seemed like it hadn’t seen any activity in ages, almost like a ghost of what it once was. I also found a bed bug on my last day, which raised some serious concerns.

Ask for a room away from any events as it can be quite noisy. Rooms in the front may be quieter.

We had a fun-filled family trip at this Howard Johnson nestled in the foothills. The kids loved the outdoor pool and game room, and with the beautiful scenery, we enjoyed exploring nearby hiking trails. Traveling with a baby was manageable too.

In my wife’s opinion, a breakfast upgrade is needed.

Check-in was smooth thanks to the friendly front desk staff. However, the first room we were given had a moldy AC unit and stained mattresses. The second room's AC was cleaner, but the bathroom was poorly maintained. slime made the shower a danger. On a positive note, the fresh pastries were a delightful way to start the day.
