My mother and I arrived totally exhausted after a long drive, and the check-in was quick & easy. Got a nice room with a comfy bed & a clean bathroom, perfect for catching up on some much-needed sleep.

The proximity to nearby highways made travel easy, perfect for quick escapes. The check-in process went smoothly, a refreshing start to an otherwise mixed experience.

There were heavy signs of neglect, with worn-out furniture and some dubious housekeeping practices—my chair was stained, and the bedding featured burn holes. WiFi barely functioned, making it difficult to stay connected, while the air conditioning unit was an incessant racket. The pool area seemed like it hadn’t seen any activity in ages, almost like a ghost of what it once was. I also found a bed bug on my last day, which raised some serious concerns.

It was just a nice choice for a short stay in Daleville with good price-value balance. I did appreciate that there was no sign of bugs in the second room we checked after the first one smelled awful. Just be sure to inspect the room before settling in.

We had a fun-filled family trip at this Howard Johnson nestled in the foothills. The kids loved the outdoor pool and game room, and with the beautiful scenery, we enjoyed exploring nearby hiking trails. Traveling with a baby was manageable too.

In my wife’s opinion, a breakfast upgrade is needed.

Had a surprisingly nice stay! The pool was great for a quick dip and the hot tub was perfect after a long drive. Just a heads up, the breakfast selection could've been better, but it didn’t spoil my overall experience. 😊

Check-in was smooth thanks to the friendly front desk staff. However, the first room we were given had a moldy AC unit and stained mattresses. The second room's AC was cleaner, but the bathroom was poorly maintained. slime made the shower a danger. On a positive note, the fresh pastries were a delightful way to start the day.
